Terms and Conditions for RPM Luxury Car Rentals Goa

Welcome to RPM Luxury Car Rentals Goa. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking and using our rental cars, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• Company/We/Us: Refers to RPM Luxury Car Rentals Goa.
• Customer/You: Refers to the individual or entity booking the vehicle rental services.
• Vehicle: Refers to any car rented by RPM Luxury Car Rentals Goa.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservation: Customers must provide valid identification and proof of driving eligibility to book a vehicle.
• Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount may vary depending on the type of vehicle.
• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made prior to the start of the rental period. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
• Late Payments: Any outstanding payments must be cleared before the vehicle is released to the customer.

3. Vehicle Collection and Return

• Pick-up and Drop-off Locations: Vehicles may be picked up or dropped off at designated RPM Goa locations, including hotels, airports, or pre-arranged points. Late return fees apply if vehicles are returned past the scheduled time.
• Condition of Vehicle: The customer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before accepting it. Any damages or concerns should be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in charges for damages not caused by the customer.
• Vehicle Cleanliness: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were received. Excessive cleaning or damage will result in additional charges.

4. Rental Period and Extensions

• Duration: The rental period is specified in the booking confirmation. Extensions may be requested, but are subject to availability and additional fees.
• Overtime Fees: A late return may incur overtime charges on an hourly basis. Any delay beyond 24 hours without communication may result in legal action.

5. Driver Eligibility

• License: The primary driver must possess a valid driver’s license recognized in India and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Age Requirements: The minimum age for renting a car is 21 years. Drivers under 25 may be subject to additional fees.
• Additional Drivers: Any additional drivers must be declared at the time of booking and must meet all eligibility criteria. Only listed drivers are allowed to operate the vehicle.

6. Fuel Policy

• Fuel Level: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. If not, a refueling fee will be charged.
• Fuel Type: Customers must use the correct fuel type for the rented vehicle. Any damage caused by incorrect fueling will be charged to the customer.

7. Insurance and Liability

• Insurance Coverage: All vehicles are insured with comprehensive coverage, but the customer may still be liable for certain damages, including tire, glass, or interior damages.
• Excess Liability: Customers are liable for damages up to the excess amount stated in the rental agreement, except in cases of willful damage or gross negligence.
• Accidents: In the event of an accident, customers must notify RPM Goa and the police immediately. Failure to follow procedures may result in loss of insurance coverage.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Unauthorized Areas: Vehicles may not be taken outside the state of Goa unless prior approval is obtained.
• Illegal Activities: Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Vehicle Usage: The vehicle must be driven only by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.

9. Breakdown and Assistance

• Roadside Assistance: We offer 24/7 roadside assistance for breakdowns. Contact the provided emergency number for help in case of any vehicle issues.
• Repairs: Customers are not permitted to arrange for repairs or services to the vehicle without prior approval from RPM Goa.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
• No Show Policy: If the customer fails to show up without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

11. Damage and Theft

• Customer Liability: The customer is liable for any damage or theft of the vehicle that occurs during the rental period. In the event of theft, the customer must notify the police and RPM Goa immediately.
• Inspection on Return: Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected for damages. The cost of repairs for any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and secure while using our services.

13. Amendments to Terms

RPM Luxury Car Rentals Goa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
